Help & Support
Practical guidance for browsing, listing, verification, moderation, Lost & Found, and account status rules. This page is a support draft and can be refined before publishing more broadly.
Use the quick links on the right to jump to the section you need.
Using the platform
- Browse properties from the homepage or the Properties page.
- Use filters for category, price, location, and listing type to narrow results.
- Open a listing to view details, photos, contact options, favorites, and interaction counts.
- Create an account to save favorites, message users, submit reviews, and report listings.
- List a property from your account menu once your email is verified and your account is allowed to post.
Listing status and moderation
- Listings may be active, inactive, pending, rented, sold, or removed depending on the listing type.
- If a listing is rejected or removed, it is not visible to visitors.
- Admins can review the exact listing status history from the admin panel.
- If you need help with a moderation decision, use the support path below.
Verification and business accounts
- Email verification: every account must verify its email before full access is granted.
- Seller verification: owners upload an ID document for review before publishing restricted listings.
- Business accounts: registered agencies can upgrade with business documents and a business address.
- 2-day business-name lock: once a business name is saved, it remains locked for 2 days before it can be changed again.
- Document handling: ID and business documents are used only for review and account administration.
Suspension policy
Suspension is used when an account needs a temporary restriction while the platform reviews activity or a policy issue.
- Suspended users can still browse public properties.
- Suspended users cannot add or edit properties.
- Depending on the admin decision, existing properties may be hidden or retained during the suspension.
- Suspension is meant to be temporary and can be lifted after review.
Ban policy
Banning is a permanent account restriction used for severe or repeated abuse.
- Banned users cannot log in or create new accounts using the same email or phone number.
- Account access stops immediately after a ban is applied.
- Bans are reviewed only through support or admin escalation.
- If you believe a ban was applied in error, contact support with your account email and phone number.
How reporting works
- You can report a property when you believe it is misleading, fraudulent, or violates the platform rules.
- Reports are reviewed by the admin team and tracked in the admin dashboard.
- After review, a listing may be retained, hidden, removed, or otherwise moderated.
- When the reporter is a monitored user, the action can also create an internal admin notification.
Lost & Found guidance
- Use clear photos, a descriptive title, and a useful location to help people identify the item quickly.
- Choose whether the item was lost or found, and select the category for fast browsing.
- Add an optional time if you know it; otherwise the system shows the date only.
- Reporter contact details are shown on the item page so people can coordinate directly.
- Item status can be changed by the poster and reviewed by admins when necessary.
Messages and replies
- Use Messages for real conversations with property owners, reporters, and platform administration.
- Messages are separate from notifications and support replies.
- When a URL is included in a message, it is shown as a clickable link.
Contact support
For account help, moderation questions, or technical issues, use the public contact form or the in-app messaging system if you are logged in.
